Best value for the money Services & Location & all that you need always available, lots of markets, restaurants of different cuisines nearby. Also, the metro station is less than 10 minutes' walk. Staff was exceptional Swift and prompt. The front office team was AMAZING!! very quick, immediate response at any time to any request. Housekeeping people also were very fast to cater to my needs. However, the hotel was fully booked during my stay, but the responses and management were over my expectations. Also, they updated TVs in the rooms with new smart ones to improve the guests' experience This hotel never lets me down. Every time, I am amazed at how they maintain their excellent level of customer service and professionalism

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and there are many shops and supermarkets nearby that are open 24 hours.  All the staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to room service. They always greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. Special thanks to Preeti at reception, Noor from room service and really  thanks to everyone (I don't know all the names).  The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, which were clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dubai.

The spa service with Laura, the Moroccan bath and excellent service from Alex - apparently he is the manager. Lobby and front desk experiences with Tharindu, Preeti, Youn, all front desk stall members. Concierge manager and workers at that desk were helpful. They helped with taxi service, express store delivery and transportation to the airport. Finally, the breakfast menu was an excellent international experience and I was able to maintain my plant-based diet. Bianca and Safinah and all the employees in the Restaurant for breakfast and dinner were helpful and attentive.

Excellent and absolutely amazing Stay at { TIME OAK HOTEL & SUITES } My stay was outstanding! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful specially to Mr .Amor from the reception and the other staffs Mr Vishno and Mr Amine from the front liner who can assist me to feel good energy when I enter the lobby during my arrival .The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. Overall, I highly recommend {TIME OAK HOTEL & SUITES } for its exceptional service and value."
